Sharaf DG is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers in the UAE. The role focuses on managed services, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. The Key Account Manager (KAM) will also be tasked with achieving sales targets, developing customer accounts, and ensuring that company products and services meet customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain professional relationships with key customer accounts.

Achieve sales targets and strategic objectives for assigned accounts.

Lead the customer account planning process, focusing on financial targets and milestones.

Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs to ensure the best solutions.

Drive solution development efforts by coordinating with the relevant teams.

Oversee customer ownership and act as the main contact point for clients.

Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to close new accounts.

Prepare and deliver presentations to customers based on business plans.

Develop accurate sales forecasts and adjust based on performance.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 8+ years of strategic sales experience, specifically in B2B IT solutions.

Graduate degree or equivalent.

Proven experience in account management within Government, Hospitality, Financial Services, Education, or Real Estate sectors.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver client-focused solutions.
-
Valid UAE driving license and vehicle required.
