About the Position
Join Chalhoub Group as a Key Account Executive for Elizabeth Arden. This role focuses on growing the beauty portfolio across e-commerce and retail channels, executing brand strategies, driving visibility, and ensuring optimal sales performance.
Key Responsibilities

Implement 360° marketing plans aligned with global brand guidelines

Collaborate with e-retail partners to optimize brand presentation online

Monitor sales performance and support forecasting efforts

Negotiate and drive yearly agreements with retail partners for profitability and growth

Assist in executing trade promotions and marketing activities to boost sales

What You Need to Succeed

4-7 years of experience in a similar role in the beauty industry

Proven ability to drive e-commerce growth and optimize skincare counter performance

Strong go-to-market knowledge and leadership potential

Solid skincare expertise, with experience in the category preferred

Proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus
