Coh Cafe, located at the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club, is looking for a Junior Barista to join their friendly and customer-focused team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and eager to learn in a specialty café environment. Experience isn’t mandatory — what truly matters is your positive attitude and willingness to grow!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks

• Ensure excellent customer service and foster a welcoming café environment

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and café area

• Support senior baristas and team members as needed

• Follow café procedures and health & safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Passion for coffee and a desire to grow in the specialty coffee industry

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting

• Ability to work flexible full-time shifts

• Prior experience is a plus, but not required
