Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background in accounting or finance, even if they have no prior work experience. The Junior Accountant will assist with financial record-keeping, reconciliations, VAT computations, and reporting, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and assist in financial reporting.

• Reconcile bank statements and support month-end and year-end closing.

• Manage vendor accounts and prepare vendor-related payments.

• Conduct financial data entry with a high level of accuracy.

• Assist with monthly VAT computations and tax returns.

• Maintain documentation for financial transactions.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
