• Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an IT Consultant for its Platinion division in Dubai. BCG Platinion specializes in IT architecture and digital solutions, helping global clients with their digital transformation. The role involves working on groundbreaking projects, utilizing agile methodologies to implement strategic IT solutions and deliver customized training in Agile concepts. As a part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll shape digital transformations and carve future-oriented customer journeys for leading companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement agile methods for IT project execution.

• Provide coaching and training in Agile concepts, values, and practices.

• Engage in hands-on problem-solving with client teams using Agile methods.

• Lead digital transformations and design future customer journeys using machine learning and other modern technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in IT consulting, especially in Agile coaching or as a Scrum Master/Product Owner.

• Knowledge of machine learning, DevOps, AI, and robotics.

• Experience managing large, complex Agile programs.

• Industry certifications like CSM, CSPO, SAFe highly desirable.

• Fluent in English and Arabic; willingness to travel across the Middle East.
