Job Title: Inventory and Stockroom Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Stockroom Coordinator to join our esteemed luxury retail team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing stock operations and supporting the sales team to ensure seamless in-store experiences.
Primary Responsibilities:

Receive, verify, and process deliveries, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders and internal inventory systems.

Conduct regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.

Monitor and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or losses in accordance with company policies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and health-and-safety-compliant stockroom environment.

Manage stock transfers between store locations and coordinate returns to suppliers or distribution centers.

Support the sales floor by preparing and replenishing requested items in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the visual merchandising and operations teams during product launches and in-store promotions.

Utilize stock management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or RetailPro to update inventory and track stock movement.

Implement stock control measures to minimize loss and adhere to security procedures.
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a stock or inventory management role, ideally within a luxury retail setting.

Strong familiarity with inventory management systems and digital stock tools.
