Job Title: International Business Development Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced International Business Development Executive to spearhead our global expansion efforts, with a particular focus on the Latin American market. This role involves strategic international communication, B2B platform management, and client relationship development to enhance the company’s presence and influence in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead international communications and marketing to promote the company to global clients, especially in Latin America.

Proactively identify and establish partnerships with international enterprises to expand global reach.

Manage and follow up with foreign clients through the company website and B2B promotion platforms.

Regularly update B2B platforms with new product listings, customer feedback, and company updates to ensure a user-friendly experience.

Handle client communication via phone and email, organize customer visits, and build strong professional relationships.

Deliver personalized solutions and timely support to meet client requirements and maintain long-term partnerships.

Gather and organize relevant data such as market insights, client profiles, and partner databases.

Analyze data to identify trends, market opportunities, and strategies to improve customer engagement.

Strengthen relationships with existing clients and proactively identify new business opportunities.

Develop and execute strategies for increasing customer retention and maximizing value from each relationship.

Support various administrative and strategic tasks as assigned by leadership.

Adapt to a fast-paced work environment by managing multiple priorities and projects efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or international trade

Prior overseas work or study experience is highly preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

Responsible, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Ability to build and manage B2B promotional platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Made-in-China, etc.)

Familiarity with the Latin American market is a strong advantage

Candidates with existing customer resources or contacts in international markets will be prioritized
