Position Overview:
Ecolab is offering a Corporate Communications Internship based in Dubai within the IMEA (India, Middle East, and Africa) region. This role is designed for individuals passionate about marketing communication and brand strategy. The intern will support content creation, social media management, event coordination, brand compliance, and digital communications. Successful performance may lead to a permanent specialist role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit content for internal and external communication platforms.

• Manage content calendars and maintain updated content on social media, intranet (INSIDE), and regional websites.

• Support digital strategy including social media campaigns and e-newsletters (Sprout Advocacy).

• Track and report digital analytics and KPIs.

• Enforce brand guidelines and manage branded collateral libraries.

• Assist with organizing virtual and in-person events (e.g., town halls, product launches).

• Collect feedback and support event reporting and follow-up.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to implement communication strategies.

• Stay current on digital trends, especially within B2B communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social platforms.

• Experience with graphic design, video editing, and content creation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Familiarity with strategic communications planning is a plus.
