We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Interior Designer with a strong balance of creative design expertise and sales capability. The ideal candidate will be confident in client interactions, capable of delivering bespoke interior solutions, and experienced in managing projects from concept development through to execution and closure.

This role is suited to a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is comfortable presenting, negotiating, and closing interior design and execution projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand design requirements, budgets, timelines, and expectations

• Develop space planning, creative design concepts, and customised interior solutions

• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, layouts, and support basic cost coordination

• Present design proposals confidently and support deal closures for design and execution

• Manage the interior design process from concept through execution coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal project teams

• Ensure design intent, quality standards, and project timelines are maintained

Key Stakeholder Interactions:

• Clients: Requirement gathering, presentations, approvals, and project closures

• Sales / Business Development Team: Lead follow-ups and conversion strategies

• Design Team: Concept development and technical detailing

• Vendors & Contractors: Material selection, feasibility, and execution coordination

• Project / Site Team: Design clarifications and implementation support

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design with strong client-facing and sales exposure

• Proven experience handling end-to-end interior projects, including bespoke solutions

• Strong background in client presentations, proposal discussions, and deal closures

• Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects is preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar tools

• Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong organisational, coordination, and time-management skills

• Target-oriented mindset with a proactive, sales-driven approach
