This full-time, on-site role involves space planning, interior design, and overseeing interior fit-out projects for high-profile clients. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality and adherence to budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and develop detailed design plans.

• Perform space planning, interior design, and architectural layout development.

• Oversee interior fit-out projects and ensure high-quality finishes.

• Coordinate with construction teams and manage project timelines.

• Monitor budgets and ensure project delivery within financial constraints.

• Utilize design software and tools for drafting and visualization.

• Provide technical guidance and site management support.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience in interior architecture and fit-out projects.

• Strong skills in space planning, project management, and client communication.

• Proficiency in design software and technical tools.

• Creative problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Prior experience in construction or design industry is a plus.
