Interim Head of People (12-Month FTC) | Moove

Moove, a fast-scaling mobility fintech disrupting the vehicle ownership industry, is looking for an Interim Head of People (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) to join their global team based in Dubai. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for an experienced HR professional with global exposure and a passion for leading transformative People initiatives.

As the Interim Head of People, you will be pivotal in driving global people strategies, enhancing employee engagement, managing People Partners across regions, and spearheading performance and cultural transformation efforts across Moove’s international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

People Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of Moove’s global People strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Matrix manage People Partners across multiple markets and directly supervise two People Partners in Latin America.

  • Act as the HR Business Partner for the UK team and advisor to senior leadership on strategic people matters.

  • Promote a high-performance, values-driven culture through leadership, engagement, and feedback initiatives.

Engagement, Performance & Culture

  • Drive global employee engagement programs and interpret insights to enhance people experience.

  • Oversee performance management processes to sustain a high-performing and agile team environment.

  • Ensure internal communications reflect Moove’s transparent and inclusive culture.

Transformation & Change Management

  • Deliver people-related transformation initiatives in agile sprints.

  • Guide local People teams through global initiatives while maintaining regional adaptability.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed best practices in a scalable, sustainable manner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with proven exposure to People Partnering, leadership, and UK employment law.

  • Track record in leading global HR operations within fast-paced, high-growth companies.

  • Strong experience in change management, people development, and strategic HR leadership.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

  • Agile, frugal, and adaptable leadership style with a hands-on approach.

Performance Metrics:

  • Employee engagement score and sentiment analysis.

  • Timely and effective performance review completion rate.

  • Measurable success of change and transformation projects.

  • Improvements across people operations, processes, and team satisfaction.
