Dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group and a leading name in UAE classifieds, is hiring an Insurance Agent – VAS C2C to join its dynamic on-site team in Dubai. In this full-time role, you will consult with car buyers and sellers on the Dubizzle platform, offering tailored car insurance solutions. Your main responsibility is to drive adoption of value-added insurance products while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote auto insurance to C2C customers.

• Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable insurance packages.

• Manage the complete telesales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.

• Present customized insurance options via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Cross-sell additional services like inspection, warranty, and finance.

• Build strong customer relationships and offer expert insurance consultation.

• Manage objections and conduct follow-ups to ensure successful sales.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external insurance providers for a seamless onboarding experience.

• Maintain accurate CRM records for calls, quotations, and applications.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Stay informed about UAE insurance market trends and updates.

• Provide feedback to improve scripts, customer interaction strategies, and product offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in auto loan sales, banking, or telesales (preferably in auto finance).

• Experience in high-volume inside sales or call center environments.

• Proficiency in CRM software.

• Familiarity with the UAE automotive market and finance processes.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Multitasking ability and effective pipeline management.

• Highly target-driven and customer-focused.

• Confident, self-motivated, and a team player.

• Passionate about delivering value and helping others.
