Watira.ai, a leading provider of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence solutions across the UAE and MENA, is hiring a full-time Information Technology Sales Specialist to join their Dubai team. The role focuses on driving business growth by promoting AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services, while building strong client relationships across government, banking, education, and enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline across multiple industries.

  • Understand client business challenges and recommend tailored AI and digital solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical experts, and consultants to prepare winning proposals.

  • Develop and maintain trust-based client relationships to support long-term growth.

  • Report on sales pipeline and actively contribute to revenue goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven IT Sales experience in the UAE or GCC region.

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Transformation, AI, and emerging technologies.

  • Track record in lead generation, account management, and B2B technology sales.

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills (Arabic is a plus).

  • Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into clear, value-driven benefits.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Prior experience selling AI solutions is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
