Client Introduction:

Job Summary:

As an Information Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams, aligning projects with business objectives, managing risks, and delivering successful IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

   • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

   • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.

   • Track project execution, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

   • Oversee IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation projects.

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

   • Engage with business units, government entities, and external vendors to align project goals.

   • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring contracts, SLAs, and deliverables are met.

   • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management.

3. Risk, Budget, & Compliance Management:

   • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or failures.

   • Monitor and control project budgets for cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

   • Ensure compliance with government regulations, cybersecurity standards, and IT governance.

4. Agile & IT Governance Implementation:

   • Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to manage project workflows.

   • Enforce IT governance frameworks, aligning projects with ISO 27001, ITIL, and UAE government standards.

   • Utilize project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or ServiceNow.

5. Monitoring & Reporting:

   • Track KPIs to measure project success.

   • Generate reports for executive leadership on project status, challenges, and recommendations.

   • Conduct post-mortems to identify lessons learned and improve future projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 10+ years in IT project management, particularly with large-scale IT projects in enterprise environments, government sectors, or digital transformation.

• Proven experience with cloud computing, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and IT service management (ITSM).

• Certifications: Preferred PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CSM, or Agile certifications.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
