Apparel Group is seeking an enthusiastic In-Store Visual Merchandiser to elevate the customer shopping experience by implementing attractive and engaging in-store displays. The role involves working closely with the senior visual merchandising team to maintain visual standards across a small store or department, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to uphold store aesthetics.

Provide guidance and training to staff on visual standards.

Recommend display improvements based on customer feedback and sales insights.

Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are consistently maintained.

Coordinate store displays in alignment with brand strategies and guidelines.

Develop store layouts, arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and lighting.

Photograph and document merchandise changes for record-keeping.

Regularly re-merchandise the store to highlight new lines and trends.

Support pre-opening store setups to ensure brand standards are met.

Conduct market research to stay updated with trends and customer preferences.
Skills & Qualifications:

1–2 years of retail experience, ideally in visual merchandising or sales.

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in setting up displays, planogram execution, and store aesthetics.

Strong understanding of customer behavior and visual appeal strategies.

Creative flair for layout, lighting, and display optimization.
