Element Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced In-House Recruiter to join their HR team in Ras Al Khaimah. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, enhancing talent acquisition strategies, and collaborating with department heads to fulfill hiring needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Review CVs, conduct screening calls, and schedule interviews.

  • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Prepare job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely onboarding.

  • Coordinate background checks, documentation, and compliance.

  • Facilitate orientation and assist with new hire integration.

  • Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system and recruitment dashboards.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs.

  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.

  • Continuously improve recruitment workflows using data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or manufacturing.

  • Strong grasp of industrial hiring needs and labor regulations.

  • Proficient in ATS platforms (Workday, Taleo, Zoho Recruit) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding procedures.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and department heads.

  • Adaptable to fast-paced, project-based environments.
