Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel, located at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel Dubai, is seeking a dedicated Hygiene Supervisor to oversee and maintain the highest standards of sanitation and food safety. Inspired by the adventurous journeys of Ibn Battuta, the hotel is known for its intricate design and world-class hospitality. Oaks Hotels & Resorts, the parent brand, operates across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the Middle East, offering modern serviced studios and suites for both short and long stays.
Responsibilities:

Ensure all food provided to guests and staff is free from contamination and work environments meet hygiene standards.

Manage and maintain the HACCP food safety system, consolidate safety data, and handle related complaints.

Conduct bi-monthly self-audits in line with HACCP standards and ensure best practices.

Implement corrective hygiene actions and guide staff with training and support.

Monitor and enforce minimum hygiene requirements across kitchens, storage, receiving, and waste disposal areas.

Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation records for compliance.

Collaborate with department heads on hygiene-related matters.

Oversee corrective actions for audit findings and microbiological test results.

Conduct training sessions for food handlers to enhance hygiene knowledge and skills.
Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Food Science or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality hygiene management.

HACCP & Food Safety Certifications required.
-
Certified Professional in Food Safety (CP-FS) preferred.

Environmental Health & Safety Certification.
-
Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, regulations, and audit processes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and manage diverse projects.

Proficiency in conducting staff training and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
