Job Title: Human Resources Officer

As a Human Resources Officer, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Implementation:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and vision. -
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring job postings are effective, interviews are conducted efficiently, and new hires are onboarded successfully. -
Employee Relations & Support:
Address employee grievances, demands, or issues promptly and professionally, fostering positive employee relations. -
HR Policies & Compliance:
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations. -
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent. -
Performance Management & Employee Development:
Manage performance reviews, conduct evaluations, and support employee development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities. -
Workplace Safety & Wellness:
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by promoting safety measures and wellness programs. -
HR Records & Metrics:
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to track key HR metrics. -
Culture & Diversity:
Foster a positive organizational culture and promote diversity and inclusion across the company. -
Strategic Workforce Planning:
Support senior management in making strategic decisions regarding workforce planning and organizational development.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and management.

Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle various HR responsibilities.
Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.

1-2 years of experience in the real estate development industry is advantageous.

Proficiency in HR software and MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) website.
-
Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
