Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the implementation of training, development, and recruitment initiatives. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing HR data, recommending strategies for talent acquisition and employee engagement, and collaborating with senior leadership to enhance organizational culture and staffing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of training, recruitment, and other HR initiatives.

Develop actionable short- and long-term HR goals, presenting them to senior leadership for approval.

Analyze HR metrics to recommend policies and activities that attract top talent, improve employee engagement, and address staffing challenges.

Evaluate HR data to identify opportunities for improving organizational culture, retention, and compliance with legal requirements.

Provide recommendations to enhance talent acquisition, employee motivation, and retention strategies.
Skills Required:

Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
