Position: Human Resources Analyst

We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst with strong data analytics and process mapping skills to support the Group Head of HR on high-level strategic HR projects. This is not an operational HR role but a project-focused position aimed at driving policy development, reporting, and process design.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with the Group Head of HR to deliver strategic project-based outcomes.

Analyze HR metrics and datasets using Excel to create actionable insights.

Develop clear and professional HR reports, dashboards, and analytics summaries.

Design HR process flowcharts and SOPs using Microsoft Visio.

Draft and update HR policies, procedure manuals, and Delegation of Authority (DOA) documentation.

Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews and leadership briefings.

Conduct process evaluations and recommend improvements to enhance HR effectiveness.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–8 years of experience in an HR Analyst or HR Operations/Projects role.

Strong background in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).

Proficient in Microsoft Visio for flowcharts and process documentation.

Solid experience with PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.

Previous exposure to DOA structures and HR policy creation.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in FMCG, outsourcing, or fast-paced corporate environments preferred.

Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive communicator.
