Job Summary

Richemont is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Executive – Compensation & Benefits to support C&B operations across the MEIA region. The role ensures the effective execution of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with Richemont’s HR objectives, utilizing advanced Excel, SAP, and reporting capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits (health insurance, pensions, perks) across MEIA

  • Assist in annual salary review processes, data analysis, and merit calculations

  • Generate and analyze C&B reports to identify trends and anomalies

  • Ensure compliance with local compensation and benefits regulations

  • Address employee queries regarding benefits and compensation

  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices

  • Maintain accurate C&B policy documentation

  • Support C&B program design and implementation projects

  • Contribute to workforce planning with salary and benefits analysis

  • Conduct cost analyses to support efficiency and savings

  • Handle ad hoc HR-related tasks and projects


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience & Skills

  • 2–3 years HR experience with a focus on compensation & benefits

  • Strong understanding of regional C&B practices (MEIA)

  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas)

  • Proficiency in SAP HR modules is essential

  • Knowledge of workforce planning and budgeting is a plus

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
