Analah DIFC Limited is a DFSA-regulated investment and property crowdfunding platform focused on democratizing access to startups, pre-IPO investments, unlisted stocks, and fractional real estate.
We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and administration for our growing financial services business. This role requires expertise in recruiting for wealth management, private equity, and real estate sectors, as well as managing smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage end-to-end hiring processes.

Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication.

Oversee performance management and appraisal systems to support employee growth.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and manage HR policies, records, and payroll.

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

Manage compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking.

Supervise office administration, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.

Prepare HR metrics and reports for senior management.
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.

3-8 years HR management experience, preferably in financial services and within the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple stakeholders.

Deep understanding of recruitment best practices in wealth management, investment, and real estate sectors.
