Housekeeping Team Leader
Greenfix Property Care (at Bvlgari Resort Dubai, operated by Marriott International) Dubai , UAE

Greenfix Property Care, in collaboration with Bvlgari Resort Dubai, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure top-quality service standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will support the housekeeping team by inspecting rooms, assisting with scheduling, training, and motivating staff while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update room cleaning status and complete housekeeping paperwork.

  • Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and condition after being serviced.

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments.

  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company standards.

  • Report maintenance issues, hazards, and complete safety certifications as required.

  • Maintain professional appearance and ensure staff adherence to uniform standards.

  • Welcome and assist guests, including those with special needs, in line with company values.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to efficiency, quality, and cost-saving practices.

  • Support positive team collaboration and communication.

  • Perform additional housekeeping tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of related housekeeping/laundry work experience.

  • Supervisory Experience: Not required (but leadership potential preferred).

  • Physical Ability: Able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs, push/pull carts, bend, kneel, twist, and stand for long periods.

  • Technical: Ability to use housekeeping-related systems and interpret written documents.

  • Language: Clear and professional communication in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Guest-focused, ensuring quality service and satisfaction.
