Raffles The Palm Dubai, part of Accor’s prestigious Raffles Hotels & Resorts brand, is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join its luxury beachfront property on Palm Jumeirah. Opened in 2021, the resort features 353 rooms, suites, and villas inspired by European palatial elegance. In this role, you will ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing to the exceptional guest experience Raffles is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, and public areas according to set standards.

• Replenish guest amenities and respond promptly to guest requests.

• Report damages, malfunctions, or unusual activities to the Supervisor.

• Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working order.

• Complete daily room status and productivity reports.

• Attend daily briefings, meetings, and training sessions.

• Follow Lost & Found procedures and adhere to hotel health, safety, and hygiene policies.

• Deliver valet services such as laundry and linen delivery when required.

• Ensure compliance with Raffles grooming and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Secondary education or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel.

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and equipment care.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to engage positively with guests.

• Understanding of different guest levels (VIPs) and room categories.
