Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, a global leader in hospitality, is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant for their iconic Dubai property. This role involves ensuring high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas, delivering exceptional guest service, and upholding the brand’s quality and ethics. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll maintain daily cleaning assignments, manage pantry supplies, follow safety protocols, and assist with guest requests to create a memorable stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards.

• Monitor and restock floor pantry supplies, including chemicals, linens, and amenities.

• Adhere to the hotel’s uniform, grooming, and key control policies.

• Attend daily briefings and follow instructions from supervisors.

• Report guest concerns and maintenance issues promptly.

• Comply with Occupational Health & Safety regulations and Fairmont’s Code of Ethics.

• Support special projects and additional tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong guest service skills with professional presentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).

• Detail-oriented with strong observational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
