Hilton is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay. The role involves supporting housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, providing excellent guest service, and assisting the team in daily departmental tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Housekeeping and Laundry team in daily operations and guest requests.

• Ensure consistently high cleanliness and operational standards.

• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and support training initiatives.

• Manage housekeeping controls such as linen, uniforms, and lost & found items.

• Handle guest laundry requests and special services (e.g., embroidery, flowers).

• Assist in department documentation, daily reporting, and coordination of activities.

• Replace Laundry Attendant when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping operations.

• Good planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office.

• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to customer service.
