Edge by Rotana is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cleanliness, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The position involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, service areas, and corridors while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive daily work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log accurately.

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms following hotel standards.

• Vacuum carpets, dust and wipe furniture, polish mirrors, tiles, and fixtures.

• Make beds and replenish bathroom and room supplies.

• Tidy guest toiletries and spot clean carpets as needed.

• Ensure fire exits and stairways are free from obstruction.

• Report any maintenance issues promptly.

• Keep guest corridors and service areas neat and clean.

• Remove room service trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors.

• Coordinate with valet service for guests’ laundry or dry-cleaning requests.

Requirements:

• Vocational training in housekeeping or related hotel departments preferred.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Experience in a hotel housekeeping environment is an advantage.

• Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Must demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and customer focus.
