Key Responsibilities:

• Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor, and sign into the key logbook accurately
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms using approved practices
• Ensure fire exits and stairways are free of obstructions
• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Remove litter from public areas, corridors, and pathways
• Vacuum carpets and furniture, dust surfaces, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets
• Make beds, clean fixtures and fittings, polish brass and metal elements
• Restock rooms with bathroom and hospitality supplies
• Tidy vanity areas and spot-clean carpets as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in corridors, service pantries, and other hotel zones
• Collect room service trays and return trolleys to designated areas
• Coordinate with valet services for guests’ laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing needs
