About the Client:
Our client is a newly opened Italian restaurant operated by a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of Dubai. Known for exceptional hospitality and fine dining, this establishment offers guests an authentic Italian experience with impeccable service.

Role Overview:
We are seeking five experienced Hostesses to join the front-of-house team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure they feel welcomed.

• Manage the reservation system—take and confirm bookings, update reservation logs, and coordinate seating arrangements.

• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

• Answer phones, handle guest inquiries, take orders when needed, and process payments.

• Maintain high service standards in line with luxury dining expectations.

Requirements:

• Female candidates, aged 35 or below.

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Hostess, preferably in an Italian restaurant or high-end luxury dining establishment.

• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

• Pre-opening experience in Italian restaurants is an advantage.
