Capital Motion UAE is seeking a professional and welcoming Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at one of its premier dining venues located on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for individuals with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who are passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.

• Provide accurate wait times and manage guest waiting lists.

• Manage and confirm reservations efficiently.

• Escort customers to their assigned dining or bar areas.

• Introduce the assigned waiter or waitress to the guests.

• Greet and thank guests upon their departure.

• Coordinate with the wait staff to optimize seating and flow.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

• Offer special assistance to guests who may need extra attention (e.g., children, elderly).

• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.

• Support wait staff when needed to ensure a smooth service experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hostess, Host, or in a customer-facing hospitality role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments.

• A positive and friendly personality with a customer-first approach.

• Familiarity with reservation and seating management systems is a plus.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
