Deliveroo is seeking a HOP Team Leader to support Site Management in achieving performance goals, optimizing productivity, and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. The team leader will oversee inventory management, compliance with operational procedures, and supervise delivery efficiency, all while fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team and collaborate with Site Management to achieve company objectives.

• Supervise order picking, packaging, and quality assurance to meet customer satisfaction targets.

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) through supervision and coaching.

• Communicate professionally with Deliveroo riders, ensuring accurate order dispatch.

• Ensure deliveries meet company temperature and stock rotation regulations.

• Maintain inventory accuracy, complete stock counts, and manage claims processes.

• Collaborate with Site Management and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

• Drive cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards within the site.

• Maintain strong external relations to uphold Deliveroo’s reputation with neighbours, landlords, and contractors.

• Complete Health & Safety checks and ensure staff adherence to company policies.

• Ensure accurate timekeeping and compliance with working time directives for all team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar environment (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, Last Mile) is preferred.

• Strong hands-on mentality and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to consistently hit KPI targets (e.g., pick times).

• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in training associates.

• Ability to run shifts independently and contribute to a positive working environment.

• Good communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Right to work in the UAE.
