Emirates National Schools is seeking a dedicated High School English ELA Teacher to join their Dubai campus. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional English language instruction for middle and high school students while contributing to a world-class educational environment.
Responsibilities:

Teach English Language Arts (ELA) to middle and high school students following the AP or IB curriculum.

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet student needs and curriculum standards.

Assess and monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes.

Participate in school events, professional development, and IB/AP training programs.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment.
Skills and Requirements:

Native English speaker from a recognized country.
-
Bachelor’s degree in English or related subject; teaching license or postgraduate degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of post-graduate teaching experience in a U.S. curriculum school.

Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to provide references verifying teaching experience.

Familiarity with IB/AP curriculum standards is a plus.
Benefits:

2–3 year contract, Monday–Friday schedule.

Competitive salary: AED 15,500–20,861 based on experience and qualifications.

Flight allowance, furnished apartment with utilities covered up to AED 500/month.
