Aspris by Alkalma is seeking a Healthcare Center Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of its Abu Dhabi center. This full-time role ensures efficient support services for clinicians and patients, compliance with local healthcare regulations, and delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate combines leadership experience, operational expertise, and a strong understanding of UAE healthcare standards to drive performance, patient satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the administrative team, coordinating schedules, appointments, and departmental activities.

Oversee administrative support for therapy services and contribute to business growth by promoting center services.

Monitor clinician appointments, performance metrics, and quality assurance targets.

Manage daily operations, quality improvement processes, and the center’s operating budget in coordination with Finance.

Supervise administrative processes ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Support HR in professional licensing, visa processes, and training/development plans for administrative staff.
-
Assist insurance coordination, including filing and tracking claims.
-
Ensure compliance with local regulatory policies and maintain up-to-date personnel and operational records.

Perform Fire Marshall duties and manage Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) responsibilities.

Cover reception duties as needed to maintain adequate staffing levels.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and licensing processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain exemplary customer service.

Proven ability to meet operational KPIs and manage budgets.
Experience:
-
3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare operational setting.

Experience managing multi-specialty clinics or medical centers is preferred.
