A newly established and ambitious international school in Al Awir, Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Primary to join its senior leadership team with immediate effect.

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, curriculum, and standards of a rapidly growing school, currently serving approximately 130 students with clear expansion plans over the coming years. The school is part of a well-established education group across the UAE, offering long-term career growth and leadership development.

The school delivers affordable, high-quality education from FS1 (Pre-KG) to Year 7, with a strong emphasis on holistic education, character development, life skills, and innovative teaching practices that promote creativity, critical thinking, and active learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Primary and Early Years sections

• Lead curriculum development and ensure high standards of teaching and learning

• Support, mentor, and develop teaching staff through coaching and performance management

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-centred school culture

• Work closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to support school growth and development

• Maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider school community

• Ensure compliance with UAE education regulations and inspection frameworks

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience as a Deputy Head, Head of Primary, or equivalent role

• Qualified teacher status with a recognised teaching qualification

• Strong understanding of Early Years and Primary education

• Proven ability to lead teams, inspire staff, and drive school improvement

• Professional, adaptable, and enthusiastic leadership style

• Commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and inclusive education

Package & Benefits

• AED 15,000 basic salary per month (tax-free)
