This leadership role is designed for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of luxury healthcare and a passion for driving sustainable growth. You will be responsible for designing and executing business development strategies, establishing high-value partnerships, and elevating the hospital’s presence as a premier destination for elite ophthalmic care.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Market Leadership

• Develop and execute a high-impact business development roadmap focused on revenue growth, market penetration, and brand elevation

• Identify emerging trends in premium healthcare, ophthalmology, and medical tourism

• Lead expansion initiatives, including launching new centers, service line extensions, and joint ventures

Luxury Brand Positioning & Elite Client Acquisition

• Position the hospital as an exclusive, high-end eye care destination

• Create and implement bespoke patient acquisition strategies targeting high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and luxury service networks

• Oversee VIP experiences, premium health memberships, and white-glove service offerings

Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Alliances

• Build and nurture partnerships with leading corporates, insurers, medical tourism agencies, and global healthcare networks

• Design effective B2B and B2C models to enhance referrals and institutional collaborations

Revenue Innovation & Optimization

• Introduce innovative service offerings and pricing strategies based on market analysis

• Use data-driven insights to improve patient acquisition efficiency and maximize ROI

Thought Leadership & Brand Influence

• Represent the brand at industry events, global healthcare forums, and luxury lifestyle platforms

• Promote brand visibility through expert panels, publications, and strategic collaborations

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in business development within the healthcare sector, preferably in ophthalmology

• Proven track record of scaling family-owned or boutique eye hospitals in the UAE or GCC

• Strong strategic, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities

• Deep market knowledge of healthcare trends and growth opportunities

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
