Job Title: Head Chef

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supplier & Vendor Management:

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Source the best quality ingredients and kitchen supplies at competitive prices.

✅ Menu Development & Collaboration:

• Work with the front-of-house team to create visually appealing and customer-friendly menu items.
• Innovate and experiment with new recipes, ingredients, and flavor pairings.

✅ Kitchen Team Leadership & Training:

• Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education & Experience:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in cooking, catering, or kitchen management.
• Strong understanding of various cooking techniques (grilling, baking, frying, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Deep knowledge of flavor profiles, ingredient combinations, and food pairings.
