Hilton is hiring a Guest Service Agent / Associate to join the Front Office Team at Canopy by Hilton Al Seef, Dubai. This full-time on-site role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and hospitality. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in/check-out experience and responding efficiently to guest queries to deliver an exceptional overall stay.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and ensure an efficient check-in and check-out process

Respond to guest queries promptly and professionally

Assist with audits and maintain records as required

Promote room upgrades, packages, and hotel services using up-selling techniques

Handle payments and foreign currency transactions following hotel credit policies

Maintain high grooming standards and professional behavior

Ensure compliance with fire, safety, and health regulations

Support other departments as needed
What Hilton is Looking For:

Previous experience in a guest-facing/customer service role

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service

Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure

Competent in basic IT tools and hotel management systems
