We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms, while also promptly reporting any issues and adhering to schedules and supervisor directives.
Key Responsibilities:

Report any problems or incidents immediately to the team leader or supervisor.

Analyze and monitor guest comfort levels, maintain rooms accordingly, and inform supervisors of any issues.

Execute housekeeping assignments as per the supervisor’s instructions with efficiency and attention to detail.

Ensure guest rooms are clean, well-presented, and ready according to cleanliness protocols and guest schedules.

Provide excellent customer service by understanding guest needs and responding promptly and professionally.
