As a Guest Relations Agent at the ultra-luxury Bvlgari Resort Dubai, you are the first and lasting impression for guests. You will manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, respond to inquiries, and provide personalized services that reflect both the hospitality excellence of Marriott International and the sophistication of the Bvlgari brand. This position requires polished communication, high emotional intelligence, and a strong service mindset to ensure an exceptional luxury guest experience.
💡 Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue keys

Process payments via cash, credit, debit, checks, and room charges

Handle guest check-outs and resolve billing concerns or disputes

Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

Coordinate with housekeeping on room status updates

Communicate parking protocols and assist with bell/valet services

Log guest requests, messages, and issues in the system for prompt resolution

Run and verify daily arrival/departure reports and special requests

Complete cashier reports, balance transactions, and follow accounting procedures

Deliver excellent guest service following Bvlgari’s standards of luxury and detail
✅ Qualifications & Requirements:

🎓 Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)

💼 Experience: No prior experience required (entry-level)

🗣️ Languages: Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)

👔 Skills: Strong communication, professionalism, and a service-first attitude
