Job Description:
As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be on the frontlines of guest interactions, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. This role goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities by delivering a unique and personalized experience that aligns with the energetic and tech-savvy vibe of the Aloft brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, assisting them with check-in/check-out processes.

Address guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Create a memorable and seamless stay for guests by personalizing service.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure all guest needs are met.

Stay informed about the hotel’s services, promotions, and local area insights.

Uphold brand standards and maintain the high level of service expected by Marriott International.

Ensure the front desk and guest service areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.

Assist with any guest feedback, escalating serious concerns when necessary.

Support team operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of guest services.
Required Qualifications:

Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred but not mandatory.

Friendly personality with a strong passion for guest service.

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Must be a team player who is proactive and attentive to detail.
