Nael Advertising Agency, based in JLT, Dubai, is seeking a highly creative and bilingual Graphic Designer (Arabic & English) to join its growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with strong design expertise and a visionary creative mindset capable of transforming ideas into compelling visuals. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver impactful designs for branding, social media, and advertising campaigns while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative visuals for branding, advertising, and social media campaigns.

• Proactively contribute fresh creative ideas and design directions.

• Adapt quickly to feedback and deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines.

• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.

• Collaborate effectively with the marketing and content teams to support campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be Arab and fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong professional portfolio (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong creative vision with the ability to think beyond technical skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
