We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in transforming ideas into impactful visuals across digital, print, and social media platforms — all while helping evolve our Web3 brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Content Production

• Design digital and print materials including social media visuals, banners, pitch decks, website graphics, brochures, and ads

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and branding elements aligned with ICB Labs’ visual identity

• Create engaging graphics optimized for Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other blockchain-focused platforms

Team Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to meet design requirements and project deadlines

• Implement revisions quickly and effectively based on stakeholder feedback

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and content planning with innovative visual solutions

Branding & Visual Consistency

• Maintain brand consistency across all design assets

• Support the evolution of our brand by refreshing templates, color palettes, and iconography as needed

• Ensure visuals reflect modern blockchain aesthetics and Web3 trends

Asset Management & Delivery

• Prepare and export production-ready files for digital and print platforms

• Maintain an organized design archive and file structure for easy access and collaboration

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a design role, ideally in blockchain, tech, gaming, or creative agencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva is a plus

• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and UX/UI principles

• Ability to manage multiple design tasks under tight deadlines

• Passion for blockchain, NFTs, and digital trends is a strong advantage

Salary & Benefits:

AED 3,000 – 5,000/month, depending on qualifications and experience.
