About the Graduate Programme

This 18-month programme will accelerate your career through structured training, real-world experience, and mentorship. You’ll join a dynamic, future-forward team within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division, helping deliver innovative, digitally enabled solutions in cash management, trade services, working capital, and more.

Transaction Banking Roles Include:

🔹 Product Management – Manage the lifecycle of cash, trade, and capital products.
🔹 Product Development – Design new features and solutions that meet client needs.
🔹 Structuring – Develop tailored solutions to complex client challenges.
🔹 Implementation – Lead onboarding and project delivery with clients.
🔹 Sales – Engage clients to grow business and showcase product value.

Eligibility Criteria

• UAE National

• Final year student, available to start in July 2025

• Fluent in English

• Legal right to work in the UAE

• Strong academics and extra-curricular achievements

• Agile, analytical, and excellent at problem-solving
