About the Program – Lami3:
Lami3 is DWTC’s flagship Graduate Management Training Program tailored exclusively for ambitious and high-performing UAE Nationals. Over a 24-month journey, trainees will gain hands-on experience across various departments including Events & Exhibitions, Marketing, Real Estate, Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal, Corporate Strategy, and more.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh UAE Nationals Graduates (0–1 year experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0

• Academic backgrounds in:

  • Engineering

  • Information Technology

  • Finance & Accounting
