Amazon is hiring a General Manager Assistant for its Fulfillment Center in Dubai. This role supports the site’s General Manager through organizational, administrative, and engagement-focused responsibilities. Candidates must be proactive, highly organized, and ready to coordinate employee engagement events, communications, and executive support activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage employee engagement events across the Fulfillment Center, including budgeting

Manage site communications (newsletters, message boards, feedback channels)

Act as Charity Champion for the site and coordinate related activities and budgets

Oversee recognition programs and encourage leadership participation
-
Support leadership team with travel, scheduling, diary management, and action tracking
-
Coordinate site visits and welcome guests

Perform office administrative duties: filing, document preparation, note-taking, etc.

Create reports and presentations using internal tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Maintain flexibility with work hours and site travel requirements
Minimum Requirements:
-
Demonstrable experience in similar administrative or assistant roles

Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
-
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

High level of English fluency
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree qualification or equivalent
-
Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, process-driven environment
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday; flexibility required for occasional after-hours duties and inter-site travel.
