Hilton is seeking a service-driven and organized Front Desk Supervisor to lead the guest experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jumeirah in Dubai. In this front-line leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the reception desk, supervising your team, and delivering world-class hospitality to every guest.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise all front desk operations during your shift, ensuring high service standards

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, and promotions

Brief your team on VIP arrivals, special events, and relevant daily updates

Monitor and coach team members to ensure professional performance and appearance

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests

Drive sales and revenue through up-selling and promotional activities
-
Ensure all guest interactions align with Hilton brand standards
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
-
Prior experience in a Front Office role (hotel, hospitality, or retail)

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Organized and calm under pressure with the ability to multi-task

Excellent customer service mindset with attention to detail

Commercial awareness and sales capability
Preferred:

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or guest service setting
