Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and support day-to-day administrative operations. This is an essential role for ensuring smooth communication and efficient office functioning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, assisting with administrative tasks, managing phone calls, and supporting the company staff in various office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel

  • Assist staff with scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, typing, faxing, and other administrative duties

  • Manage phone calls and direct them to the relevant personnel based on priority

  • Maintain and update the company calendar, including meetings and upcoming events

  • Communicate basic company information to visitors through various channels

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing as required

  • Ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritize duties to maintain smooth operations

  • Prior experience as a receptionist in a corporate or professional setting is preferred

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Adherence to corporate dress code and professional presentation

  • Proactive and attentive to detail
