Key Responsibilities:

Welcome all visitors and clients with professionalism, warmth, and a polished demeanor.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and aligned with our brand image.

Handle incoming calls and respond to emails with promptness, clarity, and professionalism.

Schedule client appointments and showroom tours for the sales and design teams.

Support administrative tasks such as order tracking, data entry, and document filing.

Assist sales and design teams with client coordination, appointment follow-ups, and general support.

Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, correspondence, and documents.

Maintain accurate logs of client visits and daily showroom footfall.
Skills & Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Presentable and confident when engaging with VIP and high-end clientele.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, and email platforms.

Professional, polished appearance and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.

A personal passion or interest in interior design, architecture, or home styling is a definite plus.
