HKW Wealth is looking for a Part-Time Freelance Performance Marketer to design, manage, and scale paid digital campaigns that generate high-quality leads and deliver measurable ROI. This role demands a data-driven marketer with proven experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and budget management across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms. The marketer will collaborate closely with leadership and creative teams to support business growth, particularly in the company’s Real Estate, Debt Financing, and Government Projects verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

• Develop and refine audience targeting strategies, including custom/lookalike segments.

• Set up and maintain campaign tracking using GA4, GTM, pixels, and UTM parameters.

• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.

• Work with design/content teams to produce high-converting marketing assets.

• Monitor daily performance metrics and make data-led adjustments.

• Report weekly on ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and other KPIs with insights and recommendations.

• Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

• Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns or pivot low-performing ones.

• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and digital marketing trends.

Skills Required:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing.

• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, attribution models, and campaign tracking.

• Proven track record in generating leads or achieving high ROAS in premium industries.

• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-first approach to decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work independently or within a team.
