Role Overview:

QHSSE PLATFORM is seeking a Founding Partner / Managing Partner to lead its expansion across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a seasoned business professional or entrepreneur who is ready to establish and scale consulting operations in countries such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead QHSSE PLATFORM’s national operations within the GCC

• Drive business growth via government, corporate, and B2B/B2G projects

• Localize services to market needs while maintaining global quality standards

• Develop and manage a high-performing team with ongoing support from HQ

• Execute strategic partnerships, tenders, and growth initiatives

• Lead branding, training, and service adaptation efforts in-country

• Ensure alignment with ESG, HSE, and sustainability trends in the region

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in business leadership, consulting, or corporate partnerships

• Strong background in HSE, ESG, quality assurance, or engineering solutions

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to lead regional operations

• Familiarity with government contracting, regulatory compliance, and local business practices

• Existing network within the GCC is a strong advantage
